Engineer of the Region

Every day we invite and receive feedback from customers through customer call backs, worksheet comments, emailed feedback, Which? Trusted Traders, Trust Pilot and our website to name a few methods.

The Engineer of the Region award is designed to recognise the commitment and dedication of our Engineers who go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Each month 5 Engineers are selected from regions across the UK and are rewarded with a Duffells voucher for their efforts.

September’s Engineers of the Region are…

We have had a lot of Engineer’s go the extra mile for us this month! We have received some great customer feedback which is what we love to see and several nominations from the staff at Head Office! Engineers going above and beyond deserve a special mention and are a pleasure to work alongside. Our lucky winners receive a £30 Duffells Voucher for their hard work this month!

Well done to all! Here are just a few of the nominations…

– Anthony has been taken on lots of work recently in areas that are sometimes quite far away, he’s always happy to go that extra mile which is certainly great for us!

– Not saying no to a job despite the job she was on being a tough one! Thanks so much Pip!

– Customer was really happy with the service and said that Toni Di Pace was brilliant! He is always willing to travel and pleasant to deal with!

– Customer called to say that she was happy with our service and said Leigh Williams was very pleasant!

– For giving ETA’s over the weekend to try and help to save jobs despite being crazy busy! Thanks Matt!
